Appeal & Complaint

Client shall appeal to Accent Technical Service (ATS) in respect of the following,

  • Non acceptance of client’s application for certification
  • Not granting, suspending, withdrawing or denying of certification

Accent Technical Service (ATS) shall deal with the appeals according to its procedure and shall be responsible for all decisions at all levels of the appeal handling process as per Accent Technical Service (ATS) procedure QP-13

Accent Technical Service (ATS) shall acknowledge the receipt of the appeal and shall provide the client with progress reports and the outcome.

Accent Technical Service (ATS) shall investigate the complaint received about the client to decide what action need to be taken and the same shall be communicated to the client at an appropriate time as per Accent Technical Service (ATS). The identity of the complainant shall not be disclosed.
