As an Accent-TS Certified Management System Specialist, you serve as the technical architect and primary guardian of your organization’s management framework. Your role focuses on the precise execution of the standard’s requirements while leveraging the guidance of ISO 9004 to move the company beyond mere compliance toward long-term organizational health.
Core Competencies and Technical Expertise
The Specialist certification recognizes your ability to bridge the gap between abstract international standards and daily operational reality. You are expected to master:
- System Architecture: Designing lean workflows and documentation hierarchies that provide clear direction without creating unnecessary administrative “red tape.”
- Risk-Based Thinking: Implementing proactive identification methods to spot operational risks and opportunities before they impact the bottom line.
- Maturity Assessment: Using the principles of ISO 9004 to evaluate the organization’s current state and create a roadmap for moving from “basic compliance” to “sustained success.”

Applicants for certification must meet one of the following criteria:
- Provide a document Possess total work experience of 1 year as a specialist
- possess relevant higher studies (Master's or Doctorate degree)
- Applicant sign an Experience Declaration form (Accent-TS Attached Form)
Part 1: Core Principles
Foundational principles of system management, assessment, and internal control, focusing on:
- ISO 9004:2018 (Quality management — Quality of an organization — Guidance to achieve sustained success)
Part 2: Management System Specialization
This part assesses knowledge specific to the particular management system standard (e.g., ISO 9001, 22000, 14001, etc.) the applicant chooses for their certification.
